    • Organization: the code is broken up into 6 parts
      • I) Introduction
      • II) Zoning Districts ( nothing new, same districts we have had for 10+ years)
      • III) Provisions Generally Applicable to All Districts
      • IV) Permitting process
      • V) Administrative Provisions
      • VI) Special Land Use Districts
    • New Numbering: Because of legislative history, we will be repealing Title 17 and replacing it with Title 30
    • Special Land Use Districts:
      • THE SpUDs HAVE NOT BEEN TOUCHED!
      • All SpUDs have been copied and moved to Part VI of Title 30.
      • They are not included with the public review draft because they have not been changed.
    • The Cities: Wasilla, Palmer, and Houston
      • The chapter giving planning powers to both Palmer and Wasilla, and Houston's Zoning Code will be moved to Title 31.
